A rough draft of a deck designed for Liesa, Shroud of Dusk.

Liesa is like if Kambal, Consul of Allocation took steroids and the resulting roid rage made him more of a jackass. By choosing Liesa over Kambal, you no longer gain life from your opponent's spells and you'll lose life from casts to boot, but you now have a 5/5 flying with lifelink who can also win with commander damage and will never cost you more than 5 mana barring opponent's tax abilities.

Liesa is an equal-opportunity punisher, and so ways are needed to be able to play the game without causing as many of those pesky cast triggers as your opponents. In this deck, we've decided to accomplish that by using cards that can provide effects without ever having cast them in the first place.
