Casper Control (Mono White Sit There and Watch Me)

Standard Control Mono-White

Sideboard

ARE YOU tired of playing against the same decks already? I mean how many times can you play against mono black zombies or aetherworks marvel before it's like uh.. ok.. kind of lame.. make your own deck, brah.

So here's a meta killer for you. It's called Casper because it's a white deck.

The goal of the deck is really simple - troll your opponent with cards (that didn't cost you a lot of dinero) and make them rue the day they decided to google "best mtg standard decks".

Casper packs a whole lotta removal. In fact the entire deck is removal aside from "I win" - Approach from the Second Sun -

Which is a cast trigger! VS b/r control? Sure counter everything I've got 8 removal spells for each gearhulk you have, oh and go ahead and counter my win condition, it's a cast trigger so, uh, yeah, I win anyways.

The only thing that can stop you from winning is getting you to discard 2nd sun from your hand. Hmm. Ok I've got a land that lets me put it on top of my library..

This deck plays anti card advantage. Your opponent most probably will not beat you before they run out of cards. Trust me when I say 2nd sun is a mercy kill. The harder they try and the more cards they have digging through their deck or trying to disrupt yours, the more removal you're packing per threat..

Oh and if this wasn't bad enough you've got up to 21 life coming from second sun (you'll win before that), 16 possible life from blessed alliance, and the more creatures your opponent plays, the more life you'll get from your fumigate.

Early game threats are locked down by 11 2 drop removal spells. The goal isn't to clear the board although that's usually how that works out.

Late game you're board wiping every couple turns. Planeswalkers are no threat - you've got unconditional removal with stasis snare, cast out, and gideon's intervention, which is, without a doubt, the very best card in the deck.

"Ulamog"

"Uh, how do I win then"

You'd need a lot more than 2-6 enchantment removal cards post board to stop the shutdown

Post board you can tweak the deck for more efficiency. G1 is usually like wtf just happened - and the opponent sees your entire library. So when you hard cast an Ulamog G2 for the win (or G3) you get to relive the whoa I wasn't prepared for that all over again hahahahaha
