I have completed it to what I want it to be. Runs very very weirdly but fun. If there are more red target creature cards that draw a card I may add them but we shall see. Watch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EHVQq3UfV8M if you have never seen a Zada deck or the Twin Flame/ Heat Shimmer + Dualcaster Mage combo.

So I never really properly talked about this deck... ever. So I'm going to take a stab at it now. This deck utilizes cards such as Crimson Wisps and Stun in order to draw cards equal to the number of creatures we control. This is due to Zada, Hedron Grinder ability. When you cast Crimson Wisps and target Zada, Hedron Grinder with it, it will both A. give all of your creatures haste but more importantly B. draw a card for each creature you control because the entire spell will get copied, so that will include both the "haste" and the "draw a card". So, here's an organizer of cards below that sort of show what each cards does and how it helps the deck:

So every deck needs the usual ramp packages and Zada is no different. Although, I do run more creature ramp as it will get more targets for Zada which is much more valuable than just a mana rock. However, we do run the usual:

Sol Ring , Thought Vessel , Terrain Generator

The rest of the ramp are all creatures in order to get more targets for Zada:

Iron Myr , Plague Myr , Manakin , Millikin , Palladium Myr , Treasonous Ogre

I also run a few rocks that let us cast our spells for cheaper as we can play many spells per turn:

Ruby Medallion , Primal Amulet

Lastly, I run a few spells that will give us TONS of red mana to use:

Brightstone Ritual , Battle Hymn , Inner Fire

So, red isn't the best for removal but it does have some decent board wipes. You could also use some cards such as Zap or Flare if you needed to, but that's not their primary function. So, here are some target removal:

Chaos Warp , Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle (Like I said, red has very poor removal but Valakut is pretty fun)

And I run a few board wipes, as red can do that decently

Firestorm , Starstorm , Blasphemous Act , Volcanic Vision , Mob Rule (Now this card doesn't kill a bunch of creatures, but we can steal a lot of them in order to get even more Zada targets and win with card draw or aggro, and plus its a very fun and chaotic card)

So I run alot of ways to create many creatures in order to get as many targets for Zada so we can either draw a bunch of cards or swing in and deal lethal damage. In this deck I run all of the 0 cost creatures because, well I can:

Kobolds of Kher Keep , Crimson Kobolds , Crookshank Kobolds , Ornithopter , Phyrexian Walker , Shield Sphere , Memnite

The next group of spells are just ways to create multiple creatures:

Kher Keep , Kuldotha Rebirth , Krenko's Command , Dragon Fodder , Mogg War Marshal , Hordeling Outburst , Empty the Warrens , Krenko, Mob Boss , Siege-Gang Commander , Chancellor of the Forge

These next token generators have X, letting me create as many tokens as I want:

Tempt with Vengeance , Firecat Blitz

Now that you've made upwards of 10 creatures, time to draw tons of cards, Cards, CARDS! But, the usual include when you have multiple 1 toughness creatures:

However, in this deck there is a better way of drawing cards that I illustrated at the top. Here are all 14 cards that do so:

Crimson Wisps , Expedite , Telim'Tor's Edict , Rile , Renegade Tactics , Accelerate , Stun , Boiling Blood , Zap , Flare , Balduvian Rage

These next three have very weird windows in which you can play them. Just read the cards and you'll understand:

Panic , Chaotic Strike , Aleatory (NOTE: There is no "Declare Blockers Step" if no creatures attacked, meaning you can't cast these cards unless a creature is attacking)

If we can get one trigger off of Zada that's cool, but having two or more is so awesome! Here are some cards that help accomplish that:

Mirrorpool , Strionic Resonator , Pyromancer's Goggles , Primal Wellspring (the filp version of Primal Amulet)

I also run a few ways to get cards back from the graveyard:

Goblin Dark-Dwellers , Volcanic Vision , Mizzix's Mastery

In this deck I do run an infinite combo simply because it is easy to get to when you're drawing tons of cards. You can switch these 3 cards out for other non combo cards, but here is the combo:

Twinflame or Heat Shimmer and Dualcaster Mage

If you don't know how the combo works, watch the video I have put in before this 2019 update, his decklist is fairly close to mine as well and is more budget.

There are also 2 pump spells that can win us the game as well by just overloading the board with creatures:

Reckless Charge , Balduvian Rage

Or, if you have 40+ cards in hand and there are 40+ targets on the board (including players), Firestorm can win out of nowhere.

Lastly, just a few more cards that I don't know where they would fit into the list but are all very good includes.

Gamble , Kari Zev's Expertise (HOLY CRAP THIS CARD IS SO GOOD! Just target Zada and play the majority of your hand for free! YES PLEASE!)

And lastly, some more utility lands:

Reliquary Tower , Great Furnace (in case I need to sac it to Kuldotha Rebirth ), Hammerheim (just a fun land I found and seems like it may come in handy 1 of these days)

And that's the deck, runs very different than most commanders but is very fun nonetheless. Also, you could go a totally different way with Zada buy using aggro. I only use a few aggro cards but some people build their whole decks around it. Zada is a very fun and unusual commander I suggest this guy to any and everyone. I will have a video of my deck soon so stay tuned! Peace out.

Updates Add

Well, as time progressed new cards got printed that are quite better than some in this deck. I've swapped Telim'Tor's Edict for Crash Through as they both effectively draw me a bunch of cards, but giving all of my creatures trample with Crash Through is much better than exiling them with Telim'Tor's Edict

Next, I've replaced Reckless Charge for Fists of Flame . Both of these cards are solid pump spells, however Fists of Flame synergy with the deck is great. It allows me to 1, draw a ton of cards and 2, pump my team for how ever many cards I've drawn that turn. Fists of Flame along with Balduvian Rage are 2 great backup win conditions.

Lastly, I've swapped Mogg War Marshal for Chandra, Acolyte of Flame . Both Mogg War Marshal and Chandra, Acolyte of Flame can create two 1/1 tokens (either 2 goblins or 2 elementals). However, Chandra, Acolyte of Flame has the added bonus of being able to recast Instants or Sorceries in my graveyard with CMC less than 3 for free (her -2 ability), similarly to Goblin Dark-Dwellers . The reason why I chose Mogg War Marshal instead of similar cards like Dragon Fodder or Krenko's Command is due to the fact that this deck likes instants and sorceries a lot. They can be copied by Pyromancer's Goggles or can be re-casted by Goblin Dark-Dwellers as well as Chandra, Acolyte of Flame 's -2 ability.
