Karametra is a commander that is a cast-engine, whenever you play a creature, you get a bonus, in this case, the bonus is getting a land from your deck out. Other engines in this list include Lifecrafter's Bestiary, Beast Whisperer, Soul of the Harvest, Primordial Sage, and Zendikar Resurgent for gaining card advantage for each creature we cast, Aura Shards, Oketra's Monument, and Cathars' Crusade for additional value, and for landfall with Karametra, cards like Amulet of Vigor, Lotus Cobra, Rampaging Baloths, Tireless Tracker, Avenger of Zendikar, Emeria Shepherd, and Admonition Angel for sweet, sweet value.

The deck abuses the engines above with the following cards: Whitemane Lion, Kor Skyfisher, Ancestral Statue, Dust Elemental, Greenbelt Rampager, Cloudstone Curio, Temur Sabertooth, and Emancipation Angel to gather as many creature-triggers as possible.

The rest of the deck is attempting to ramp us with dorks, tutor up our deck's engines, or interact and make our opponents not win the game.

Now, how does the deck play out? The beginning is the Ramp&Tutor section, in which you want to build up your manabase, drop a few dorks, maybe a little interaction like a Manglehorn onto an opponent's Sol Ring, slowing further artifacts your opponents play, tutoring up a Beast Whisperer to start getting card draw, etc. This ends when you drop Karametra, God of Harvests, aiming around turn 3-4.

The Next part is the real building up of engines, with our commander hopefully on the field, you aim to get around 10 lands/mana, card draw on the field, and stopping your opponents from interacting, until you get a card like Whitemane Lion with Karametra and something like 10 lands and Soul of the Harvest.

After that comes the abuse of engines, dropping more and more mana each turn getting too much card draw and ramp until you drop a Avenger of Zendikar, making 20 tokens with a Cathars' Crusade and 5 Whitemane Lion casts up, so you can drop ~500 power onto the field, winning the game, unless your opponents can deal with it, maybe holding up a Chord of Calling in hand to fetch a Selfless Spirit in response to a sweeper, who knows!
