This deck began as a Gaddock Teeg deck to answer the Narset, Enlightened Master decks cropping up in my meta. Though playing the deck was fun, it had little point except to keep the general on the field. I have tweaked it quite a bit after changing commanders to Captain Sisay and checking out some budget (and not so budget) decks with her as general on the web. It still needs work, but I will tweak it as I go. Mostly it is a toolbox deck that strives to gain card and field advantage with a low mana curve, efficient ramp, and some fairly heavy prevention effects (along with heavy cheating of creatures). I have updated it some with some purchases and trades. This deck has been very successful in my meta, but I'm not crazy about the lock down that usually has to happen. Not really my favorite play style.
