I don't know about Expose Evil...it doesnt really replace itself, but Serum Visions does

I agree Expose Evil and other clue cards don't count as true cantrips.

as for Serum Visions, I did try to go pretty quick, so I guess I called that one "draw," but you're right, it replaces itself in addition to doing something else.
