So the idea here is create stupid amounts of mana and fill up Helix Pinnacle for the win. This is accomplished by stacking defenders on the battlefield like Jaddi Offshoot and Traproot Kami so that the other defenders -- Overgrown Battlement and Axebane Guardian -- can be tapped for large amounts of mana.

Once the mana stream is flowing, pull out Helix Pinnacle with Diabolic Tutor or Dark Petition. If it is already on the field, then great! Use the draw cards to instead pull out Animist's Awakening for even more land.

Jaddi Offshoot exists so that being hit doesn't matter. There is enough land coming into play here that even one of these cards on the battlefield ensures you don't have to worry about eating a few hits.

It is best to start the game with a Dark Petition, Diabolic Tutor, Increasing Ambition, or Helix Pinnacle in your starting hand. Later game, if Helix Pinnacle isn't working out, pull out a Worldspine Wurm and wreak some havoc.
