This is a simple R/W Human aggro deck.
Just pump out as many humans as possible. Hopefully, you'll hit a Champion turn 1, Crusader or Paladin turn 3 and Odric turn 4.
A quick note on the maybeboard: if you want, you can pump out a bunch of tokens and use Vigilante Justice and Kessig Malcontents as a sort of burn. It's more durdle than anything else, but it is fun to play.
I agree, you gotta get some instant speed removal in here. You can probably drop Crusader of Odric for it as well.
