This is meant as a modification of regular EDH, much like a planechase deck.

Before the start of the game you reveal cards from the top of the cancerchase deck until you reveal a permanent and place it besides the deck.

During each players turn that player may roll the cancerchase die(a d6) once without any cost at sorcery speed. Successive rolls cost 1 additional mana for each time the die has been rolled this turn. On rolling a 1 or 2 on the cancerchase die you reveal the top card of the cancerchase deck, if that card is an instant or sorcery cast it, if it isn't, place it besides the cancerchase deck.

No more than three cards can be placed besides the cancerchase deck. If a fourth card would be placed besides the cancerchase deck destroy the "oldest" card besides the cancerchase deck.

The cancerchase deck and it's permanents and it's spells can't be interacted with in any way.

Spells and abilities of the cancerchase deck have split second.
