Made some changes...Added Wolfir Silverheart, more Angelic Destiny instead of Increasing Savagery. Had splashed in red and Gisela, Blade of goldnight, but it made the mana base unstable and took too long to get her out. Any suggestions are appreciated.

It's for decks like this that I run Turn to FrogMTG Card: Turn to Frog in my U/B zombies mainboard (What do we want? Brains!)

Vault SkirgeMTG Card: Vault Skirge doesn't seem to fit (at all), and I'd play more Sword of War and PeaceMTG Card: Sword of War and Peace and less of the others-it's simply the best by far. Also, Thrun, the Last Troll MTG Card: Thrun, the Last Troll is a great card.

I've been playtesting Increasing SavageryMTG Card: Increasing Savagery and might I say it should be an autoinclude for this deck. The amount of must be blocked or you die boom it provides is non comparable. Slapping in on vault skirge means they need to deal with a 1 mana creature, and the flashback (very doable for this deck) means they have no late game answer for a 10 power trampling vorapede. In addition it can mean that your birds of paradise can suddenly stop any Titan (except Frost TitanMTG Card: Frost Titan in the late game as well.

I don't think 4 of, but perhaps 2 could be mainboarded. In the current meta in most places big huge creatures will swing the game.

Increasing Savagery means they cannot outsize you, they cannot simply use a counter due to your ramp ability, and due to the popularity of BSZ they may not have an answer for it for quite awhile. Also it's very powerful if they don't have an answer since you can just sit and let a 6/6 lifelink Vault Skirge keep hitting them and hold on to your hand for the later game.

I also recommend IS it is the bane of mill decks when I was playing my green ramp. Mills out IS next turn I flash it back and swing for face.

Thanks for the +1 guys! :D

I will look at it right now Parasitian

I would add Thrun, the Last Troll MTG Card: Thrun, the Last Troll , but it's a pretty high mana card, I actually used to have Strangleroot GeistMTG Card: Strangleroot Geist in here, but he would always get blocked. I added Vault SkirgeMTG Card: Vault Skirge simply because flying is great and if I add any sword or Angelic DestinyMTG Card: Angelic Destiny to it, I am looking at them wasting a removal or getting good lifegain.

Increasing SavageryMTG Card: Increasing Savagery is a great idea, but im not sure what to take out other than a Sword of Body and MindMTG Card: Sword of Body and Mind. I know people say to sideboard the Oblivion RingMTG Card: Oblivion Rings but they have saved my butt more times than I can count.

Any suggestions as to what can be replaced for Increasing SavageryMTG Card: Increasing Savagery?

I'd take out both Garruk, Primal HunterMTG Card: Garruk, Primal Hunters for 2xIncreasing SavageryMTG Card: Increasing Savagery but that's me and my play style.

I had garruk in the deck for draw power, but I'll try it Minous. Who knows, might actually work!

Why no Sorin, Lord of InnistradMTG Card: Sorin, Lord of Innistrad? Seems like he'd fit pretty well here.

Minousmancer says... #13

Yeah, I agree with zandl, Sorin, Lord of InnistradMTG Card: Sorin, Lord of Innistrad would be a perfect fit here, easy to fit in too trade 3 for 3 take out Blade SplicerMTG Card: Blade Splicer insert Lord...

Why don't you have Thalia, Guardian of ThrabenMTG Card: Thalia, Guardian of Thraben? At least put her in your sb as she destroys control. One more Sword of War and PeaceMTG Card: Sword of War and Peace seems better than the Sword of Body and MindMTG Card: Sword of Body and Mind
