I am working on tweeking a friends deck to make it more competitive. Basically he wants a deck that utilizes tempo cards like Silence (particularly Isochron Scepter + Silence ) and Vapor Snag to control the battle field until he can get out his wincon which uses the soulbond mechanics of the Silverblade Paladin combined with the epic indestructible powers of the Angelic Overseer . He really wants feedback and comments, so please T/O community, speak up!

Thanks for the first round of suggestions. I got permission from the owner of this deck to add the fancy lands, and also convinced him that Serum Visions is a good idea with miracle cards. So, with that being said, What else do you think this deck needs to make it more competitive?
