Mono Red: Your biggest threat to them is by playing midrange against them. The deck have vampire tokens which can get fairly beefy annoying as they have lifelink which monored hates. Martyr of Dusk is essentially one of the better creatures for this matchup since it will give you a token when it dies and they would need to use/waste another removal spell to get rid of the token.
Boros/White Weenies: Play as a midrange deck. Take advantage of the little removal that they have and clog the board up. Your biggest threat against them is Mavern + Forerunner combo. The deck has a little bit of removal so dont blow it all. Their creatures are fairly small so try to have at least one anthem out before going in.
Mono Green: Play as a midrange deck. Kill their mana dork to slow them down. Remove Beast Whisperer as soon as possible. They have very little way of drawing extra cards a turn, so you will be able to out grind them out eventually.
MonoBlue Obsession: Play as an aggro deck. Individually, their cards are bad but they work. Dont be afraid to take a turn off from developing the board to remove some of their creatures. Most of the time, you are racing them. However, you have lifelink tokens to turn it into you favor.
Izzet Drakes: Play as aggro. Make them use their burn spells on your creatures. Ixalan's Binding on a drake is a death sentence to them as they effectively have 3 dead cards in their hand/deck.
Izzet Phoenix: The sooner an Adanto Vanguard resolves, the sooner the clock starts for them. Pre-side, they have nothing to remove a resolved Adanto Vanguard and will pretty much lose to it. Post-side, Niv Mizzet may be in the deck now and will trash this deck unless removed.
Golgari Explore: Play midrange. Kill Wildgrowth Walker ASAP due to lifegain. There creatures are all bigger then yours, but they're not as numerous. Post-side: Tocatli Honor Guard wreck this deck. The sooner you drop it, the better.
Jeskai Control: Play aggro against them. Beware of multiple nukes going off. Going first or second actually matters here.
-
Going first: Drop your Adanto Vanguard on T2 and hope they dont have seal away mainboard. If they do have play seal away, cast a Radiant Destiny and wait for a little bit. Once you get city of blessing, Adanto has nothing to be afraid of and can resume beating face.
-
Going Second: Bait out their essence scatters and Sinister Sabotage. They want to save their counters for Adanto and Martyr as they survive being nuked. So pretty much, everything else should resolve unless they want it gone.
