Hello fellow Planeswalkers!

deck description

So, a little backstory on this deck. My LGS does draft and commander games. One draft i made a black/white vampires deck, won with it, and fell in love with it. So, i decided to make a commander deck from it. That's what this deck is. I realize that i have a three color commander, but a two color deck, this was intentional. I wanted to make this deck as consistent as i could, and i find 3+ color decks hard to play well. I can cast Markov, but he's mostly there for his eminence ability. This is also what the deck looks like right now, i am editing and improving this deck, hence why i'm putting it here.

What am i looking for?

As stated above, im still improving this deck. Effects i am looking for include:

1. token generation like Anointed Procession
2. stall like Ghostly Prison and Blind Obedience
3. protection like Teferi's Protection
4. mana generation for example, untapped lands like Command Tower or some form of mana generating combo
5. card draw such as, but better then Well of Lost Dreams
6. a combo to end the game
7. tutors to find my combo pieces and consistancy

notes on what im looking for:

1. if creatures are involved, they must be vampires
2. no effects that require me to pay life
3. my budget per card is around $15

combos i have so far:

Equip Famished Paladin with Sorcerer's Wand. Then use the mana ability of Vault of the Archangel. Tap the paladin for the wand to deal a point of damage to a player. The life link will trigger, causing you to gain life. When you gain ife the paladin untaps. Repeat till all players are dead.
