This is a more tempo-orientated version of the traditional modern death and taxes.

Reflector Mage and Spell Queller both allow for some unique plays and have great synergy with the Death and Taxes shell as a whole.

The two Swords in the main have been exceptional. I personally enjoy the amount of value they generate and the clock they provide, as by playing U/W I've definitely sacrificed some of the bigger beaters like Blade Splicer or in the Eldrazi Version, Thought-Knot Seer.

I can't advocate that this is strictly the best version of the deck, but I've been comfortable and happy piloting it to many victories at FNMs, and to Top 8s of GPTs and PPTQs.
