Instants and sorceries! Counter, burn, swing, counter, burn, swing, counter, burn, swing! It's all about doing small amounts of damage every turn while you keep the opponent from doing anything.

Note: All my decks are going to exclude Amonkhet, Hour of Devastation, Aether Revolt, and Kaladesh.

You have plenty of control and burn.

If you pick up Guttersnipe , then that's just extra burn on top of all of your control, burn, draw power, and all around jackassery!

Time for the big show, the end all be all, the doublecast burn element. I'm hoping to be able to have a bit of spell copy when I cast Apex of Power . I want to be able to Doublecast , and then boom Banefire (or a lot of tiny spells)! With 1 or 2 Guttersnipe s and it should be lights out.
