Use enchantments to boost big trees. There are two groups of enchantments with corresponding strategies: a quick aggressive one, and a slow defensive one. The aggressive one is very likely to win, but the defensive one will yield a more interesting game that is a little more interactive.

Aggressive: Assault Formation

In this combo Assault Formation is the activating combo piece and Tree of Redemption or Indomitable Ancients are the acting combo pieces. While Tree of Redemption is more powerful than Indomitable Ancients you will have to pay every turn for it to attack. An enhancer of this combo is Lifelink . The best use of Lifelink is on Tree of Redemption . Every turn after you attack or block you gain 13 life. After 2 turns you will have 46 life. When you hit this point, tap Tree of Redemption to switch life with toughness. The next turn attack with Tree of Redemption making your toughness and effective power 46 and your life total 59. You can do this more if you want to but it isn't necessary to winning.

Ideal Aggressive Opening Hand: Birds of Paradise, Yoked Ox , Assault Formation , Tree of Redemption , and some combo of lands. Indomitable Ancients works if you don't have Tree of Redemption .

Turn One: Birds of Paradise.

Turn Two: Assault Formation then tap Birds of Paradise for Yoked Ox .

Turn Three: Tap Birds of Paradise for Tree of Redemption then swing with Yoked Ox .

Turn Four: Swing with Tree of Redemption and Yoked Ox for the kill. If you are using Indomitable Ancients you will have to go for the kill on turn five.

Defensive: Indestructibility, Ghostly Possession , Heart of Light

Note: I haven't worked as much with this as the aggressive one

The main defensive combo of the deck is Indestructibility + Palisade Giant . Heart of Light and Ghostly Possession work too. By preventing all damage dealt to Palisade Giant no damage can be dealt at all. This is a total defensive board lock. Another good thing about Indestructibility is it can be used on one of your trees which can prevent Doom Blade. Heart of Light has a slightly weaker affect but is cheaper. Once you've locked the board you can basically do whatever you want until you win. Ghostly Possession isn't as good for Palisade Giant because it is restricted to combat damage but it is good for something early game like Yoked Ox or even Birds of Paradise.

Other creatures: Yoked Ox , Skinshifter , Birds of Paradise

These are tool kit creatures that very useful in both strategies but not win cons. Skinshifter is a literal grab bag creature. If you need some quick damage and don't have any other combos's make Skinshifter a 4/4 or a 2/2. If you need more damage and have Assault Formation make it a 0/8. Yoked Ox is a great starting creature. On turn two its a 4/4. If you want you can Ghostly Possession it to lock out early opponent attacks. Birds of Paradise is very useful because it allows you to get out your trees earlier on. Yoked Ox and Birds of Paradise are really good in an opening hand for either mode of play.
