I honestly think this is a Combo/Control Deck.

Combos for this deck are...

Equip Illusionist's Bracers to Guttersnipe or Hedron Crab which is either 4 damage for every instant or sorcery or target opponent mills 6 cards everything up play a land.

Enchant Jace's Phantasm with Dual Casting to copy any mill instants or sorcery's in you deck. which cause from 10-14 or milling until you have 8 lands all depends on what you copy.

On top of all the mill combos with this deck this is where Isochron Scepter comes into play and use it to exile Mind Sculpt or Tome Scour where it is 5 or 7 mill every turn just by tapping two colorless mana.

Also is able to get a second Isochron Scepter and have Increasing Vengeance in your hand, copy Increasing Vengeance so now you can either copy a Mind Funeral for 8 lands, or Mind Sculpt (14cards) or Tome Scour (10) or copy the copy of the first Isochron Scepter which is still 10 or 14 cards. This is saying you havent all ready enchanted a creature with Dual Casting so in total depending on whats on the field you could mill. [10 cards or 14cards / 8 lands] or [15 cards or 21 cards /12 lands] or what I've done so far is at best if there are any cards left to mill [20 cards or 28cards or 16 lands] in one turn if you have the mana and combos set.
