Mairsil, the Pretender has the same power as Eric Cartman's ninja persona Bulrog- "to have lots and lots of powers"

The idea is to fit as many tools and win cons as I can on Mairsil by using blinking effects and some other support to pick up as many activated abilities as possible. The deck is full of card draw and self mill to help get as many options available as soon as possible.
