My first attempt at a tri-color deck, while being on the cheap. Possible upgrades are replacing Tidehollow Strix with Baleful Strix, then swapping Think Twice with something like Read the Bones for some scry.

I don't like how there aren't any one-drops. I'm doing to search around for a card that might be better than Elvish Visionary. Possibly Basking Rootwalla.
