Can't afford competitive Jund?

Well, welcome to the club. I know I personally don't have ~$1,600 to drop on a deck (or anything really), and from the amount of budget decks out there a lot of other people can't either. Considering how fun, effective, and versatile Jund Midrange decks really are, I figured I'd try to put together a budget edition of some of the more competitive versions of this deck. While this is mostly tailored to my personal budget, I do consider myself a budget modern player, so hopefully the budget we're working with here helps other people looking to get into Jund.

Budget Replacements

• Dark Confidant -> Pain Seer - It needs to tap out to activate its effect, but it's worth it to save ~$150 for 3 of these guys.
• Tarmogoyf -> Tasigur, the Golden Fang + Bloodhall Ooze - Tasigur basically ends up being a 4/5 for 1-2 anyway while Bloodhall comes down hopefully turn 1, and with the number of and permanents in our deck we'll be seeing it pump fairly quickly, so this is about as close as we're going to get without spending ~$280 on a playset.
• 4 Thoughtseize + 2 Inquisition of Kozilek -> 4 Inquisition of Kozilek + 2 Duress - Just lowers the price a bit, considering even shifting it down to 2 Seize/4 Inquisition
• Liliana of the Veil -> Liliana, Heretical Healer   - Comes down for the same cost as LotV, flips relatively easy, and on the flip side has the same plus ability while also allowing for some great recursion. Not quite the control piece Veil is, but will get some work done.
• Maelstrom Pulse -> Abrupt Decay/Lightning Bolt - Essentially just made the removal package cheaper overall. Also considering Putrefy

Manabase

• SHOCKS (Overgrown Tomb, Blood Crypt, Stomping Ground) - Overall still pretty cheap at ~$10 a pop. They're so important for playing modern that they're worth owning anyway.
• CHECKS (Dragonskull Summit, Rootbound Crag, Woodland Cemetery) - Even cheaper than the shocks, and with the amount of shocks we're playing they'll typically come into play untapped.
• MANLAND (Raging Ravine -> Lavaclaw Reaches) - Originally was running Raging Ravine when it was under $10, but with the popularity of Jund on the rise (thanks Jace) it's jumped to over $20 which is a biiiit out of range for a budget deck. We're replacing with Lavaclaw Reaches since 1.) It's under $5 and 2.) We can use any extra mana we have on board to pump this thing for the kill or to kill a Jace.
• BASICS - Added in 2 Forests and a Swamp to save us from being Blood Mooned and so we can search off of Path to Exile and Ghost Quarter

Sideboard

• Putrefy - For mostly creatureless decks that rely on manlands for a beatstick (especially Celestial Collenade since we can't just bolt it) or for larger creatures our Abrupt Decays can't hit
• Display of Dominance - Blow up Jace, the Mind Sculptor, Blow up Liliana of the Veil, save your ass from Fatal Push.

I'm still new to Jund so any help with better budget options is much appreciated.
