Focused on ramp, Scion of the Ur-Dragon's effect, and cheating dragons with graveyard recursion. Please keep in mind my budget with suggestions, which is like no more than 6 dollars per card. So no Dragonlord Dromoka and sadly no Skittles. Also please look at the maybeboard and decide what may be worth keeping. Could also use suggestions on what to remove as well.
