This deck is a Yisan combo list that uses elf-ramp and Yisan, the Wanderer Bard to win the game, commonly using the following line or a variation on it:

Wirewood Symbiote, Seeker of Skybreak, Marwyn, the Nurturer, Temur Sabertooth, Acidic Slime, and Great Oak Guardian to win.

The way it wins is you need a Marwyn at at least 4 power, with which you can make 8 mana when the guardian hits, untapping everything between Seeker of Skybreak and Marwyn, the Nurturer. You use 2 to bounce Great Oak Guardian for Temur Sabertooth. This will be repeatable making all of your creatures infinitely large. WIth any other mana sources, you also make infinite mana, allowing you to repeatedly bounce and recast Acidic Slime, to blow up all of your opponents non-creature/planeswalker permanents, which should win you the game.
