Standard U/R control, except updated for the Ixalan rotation, and without any Torrential Gearhulks. I would appreciate any comments or suggestions! Some of my decisions here were affected by what cards I already own.

This deck is supposed to draw cards and counter spells continuously until it drops enough lands to cast the Locust God and start generating unstoppable swarms of bugs.
