This is my "budget" version of Vaevictis Asmadi, the Dire. There are some budget exceptions made for lands, as well as a couple of expensive cards I had the fortune to own, like sylvan tutor. I have a non-budget friendly version of this build below. The goal of this deck is to cheat our big game ending permanents. The primary win condition is Protean Hulk or Mikaeus, the Unhallowed and Triskelion . We manipulate the top of our deck primarily with effects like Liliana Vess and Noxious Revival , though we also have Sensei's Divining Top and effects like that.
