So this is my first attempt at making a standard budget control deck. I am not much of a control player my self but I want to give it a chance at my LGS with this budget deck.

It contains the usual cheap blue control cards as Censor and Cancel, but also new cards like Siren Stormtamer. Especially Siren Stormtamer I like a lot, which can put your opponent on a tough spot early on because he kinda has to use his precious removal on it.

Obviously added Walk the Plank since it might be the best cheap removal at this very moment and added Kitesail Freebooter as the other black disturbance card since it can screw your up your opponent's plan from turn 2.

You can add more expensive lands like Fetid Pools and Drowned Catacomb for more consistency.

I'm relatively new to single player deck creating, so I am open for all critique's and advice.
