I'm just getting into EDH, I've always like Orzhov and i wanted to play a midrange/control deck with a less popular commander so i settled on Envoy of Ghosts. I plan to take the deck to a casual group that I've recently joined and haven't had the chance to play with yet, as such I don't really know what the meta will be like but i'm not expecting super competitive decks. The deck aims to keep others from winning with a suite of removal and board wipes, protect myself with lifegain and cards like Ghostly Prison then win through commander damage, draining my opponents or infinte combo with Exquisite Blood. I'm trying to avoid cards that cost over $5 and keep the deck pretty low budget overall.
