Budget Merfolk (Casual MTG Deck)

NOTE: This hasn't been updated with any of the Rivals of Ixalan cards yet. My take on Merfolks in Standard. The idea is to buff your folks and swing in with unblockable creatures. Feel free to offer any recommendations. I based this off of Dev's budget Merfolk deck over at SBMtG and here is the link https://decks.tcgplayer.com/magic/standard/sbmtg-dev/budget-u-g-merfolk/1292999 I tried to change it around a bit to keep it as a budget deck since 4x Metallic Mimic now costs as much as the original deck did. I tried to keep the main idea the same but some of the cards I added I included because I was thinking about how to play around my playgroup.
