Ladies and gentlemen, I present to you: Budget Standard-Legal Prowess!

Picture this, with each instant and sorcery you cast, each of your prowess creatures get buffed, Pyre Hound gets a +1,+1 counter, Niblis of Frost just flat-out taps your opponent's creatures, making them vulnerable to ground attack by your buffed prowess creatures. Picture scores of 3,2 flying wizards painting the ceiling with your opponent's life points. Picture a Pyre Hound the likes of which you've never seen, a 20,21 trample monstrosity of nature! With the low cost of your spells, you can play them on a dime, buffing the crap out of your creatures. And with Harness the Storm and Metallurgic Summonings, whenever you play your spells you can just cast them again, once again activating prowess and buffing your creatures. And did I mention that you can cast your spells again? Oh yeah, your going to be doing that a lot.

Basically, this deck uses instants and sorceries (mainly cantrips) within the newest blocks combined with the Prowess and support creatures from SOI ( Pyre Hound , Niblis of Frost , Docent of Perfection  ) to combine with Harness the Storm and Metallurgic Summonings to play and replay your instants and sorceries (still mainly cantrips) to overwhelm your opponent. Simple, fast, effective, and overall cheap.
