Generally, the deck is green/blue, with splashes of black and white. The mana base is a bit slow, but that's because we're on a budget, and Arcades took it all. Here's the plan:

Arcades, the Strategist - can be searched for with Bring to Light, and make your walls veritably dangerous. Mask of Avacyn can be used to make him stay out on the board (which is similarly fetch-able). We'll then use either Behind the Scenes or Suspicious Bookcase to make our defenders unblockable and punch the opponent in the face (figuratively).

To ensure we can actually put up some walls no matter the mana we have available, we'll stick to green (Axebane Guardian) or blue (Mnemonic Wall - great for getting back Bring to Light), or even better - artifact! That's why we've got Amaranthine Wall and Suspicious Bookcase at 4 each: they can be played no matter our mana situation and allow us to wait for the time to strike.

Assault Formation is also present (though not Bring to Light-able) in case the opponent is high on creature removal, allowing the walls to still pose a defensive threat.

If you wanted to play around with red as a color addition alternative to this deck, or want to play with some other fun win conditions, you could play a combo deck with the following modifications:

1. Wall of Blood with Near-Death Experience - a powerful combination that can instantly win you the game if the opponent doesn't have any answers (Wall of Blood can even be tutored by Bring to Light, if you happen to draw the Near-Death Experience. Vent Sentinel also makes your defenders deadly in a different way.
2. Axebane Guardian with Banefire - if you're generating stupid amounts of mana, just punch your opponent in the face.
3. Axebane Guardian with Mind Grind - again, insta-kill when you have oodles of mana
