What's better than comboing off in edh? Comboing off with planeswalker deck planeswalkers! Most of them have a similar ability, they untap creatures. If you can get Sisay's power up enough with Jegantha, the wellspring out, you can use Sisay's ability to tutor nearly every legendary out of your deck for a one turn win.

Step one: Ramp. Decided to use some enchantments that make my lands tap for additional mana. This works with some of our other creatures like, Kiora, Arbor Elf, and Kiora's follower.You can often squeeze out a few more activations or cast some things from your hand with the extra mana. Keep in mind New horizons makes your land tap for 2 of one color, but it puts a 1/1 counter on a creature which is relevant in this deck. Also Trace of abundance gives your land shroud, which can help if you're worried about targeted land destruction, but also stops your own creatures from targeting it. Estrid, the masked will still be able to untap it though.

While you're ramping, you can also play some cheaper cost legendary's like Oviya, and Oath of Ajani to help get some more colors to pump sisay up.

I prefer to get sisay out with an activation available to use to protect her. Sigarda, and Barrin are some options to help protect Sisay, we also have god's willing, valorous stance, and negate to help protect Sisay.

Once the coast is clear, go ahead and grab Samut, Tyrant Smasher on your last opponent's end step. He'll give your guys haste and pump up Sisay's power even more. Once you start your turn, you're ready to get Jegantha. Then it's off to the races.

Teferi, time bender > Untap jegantha

Kiora, behemoth beckoner > Untap Jegantha

Ral Zarek > Untap Jegantha and tap another creature

Nissa, Genesis Mage> untap 2 creatures and 2 lands

Kiora, master of the depths> untap Jegantha and a land (try to have white mana available)

Samut, voice of dissent> pay a white, tap her and untap jegantha

Jace, ingeneous mind mage> untap each creature you control (use samut again if you have more white mana)

Gideon, martial paragon> untap each creature you control (use samut again if you can)

Oath of Teferi (exile something that's not too useful)

You can get Estrid, the masked and use her abilities to first enchant Jegantha with a totem armor and then untap each enchanted permanent you control.

Now you can use all your PW abilities again. Important things to get are Blackblade reforged and On Serra's wings to make Sisay a 20something/20something flying, vigilance, lifelink. Tanika can also make her indestructible when they attack (or can just untap jagantha again). You'll also want Obosh to double the damage. Sarkahan the masterless will also make your PW's 4/4 dragons with Obosh doubling most of their damage. This should be enough to finish off almost all of your opponents. Or at least the 2 biggest threats. Your life total should also be high enough to survive anything the last opponent does.

The mana base is admittedly janky, but I tried to keep the mana pretty cheap while avoiding too many tapped lands. There's plenty of room to upgrade. Circuitous route is in here because it's just cheaper than explosive vegetation. Also gives you room to add some gates if you'd like. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the deck. There's plenty of room for upgrades, some faster ramp/mana fixing would speed the deck up a lot. Along with some more legendaries to tutor out to protect your creatures. Shalai, voice of plenty and Journey to Eternity are 2 that come to mind.

TLDR: tutor out legendary cards that untap jegantha and do it again.
