So I wanted to build a Turbo Fog deck for EDH, not sure if I got the Turbo part right but pretty sure I covered the Fog side. The choice of Selvala here is because I specific felt like playing Selesnya and she also just does everything: ramp, lifegain, and card draw all in one ability.

I decided to build a budget version first and see where the power level is before pushing for a higher budget version. I went with a very similar set up to what Mitch from the Commander’s Quarters uses.

For the strategy overall, you’re hoping to build up mana and either make a bunch of tokens at instant speed, swing the next turn, then burn the rest, or double your mana and burn for a lot. You do have some cards to untap creatures and plus damage to each creatures spells to support each side to a degree as well.

Other cards I heavily recommend fitting in if you can fit them into your budget are Blind Obedience, Ghostly Prison, and Idyllic Tutor. Especially Blind Obedience as it’s a way you can slowly drain your opponents to make killing everyone at the table much easier.
