Probably the best deck possible on a budget in the current standard. The value engine (Cauldron Familiar + Witch's Oven) comes out super quickly (turn 2) and is evasive enough to give control a relatively hard time. the deck can ping things efficiently so as to only give mono-red one token off of Anax, Hardened in the Forge before wiping their board. The deck struggles against ramp due to how quickly it gets off the ground, but forcing Nissa players to sacrifice their lands and pinging down their planeswalkers is sometimes enough to win game one. After game one, Act of Treason does a good job of stealing (then sacrificing) their large creatures, while Noxious Grasp kills Nissas and Tefris. Overall I'm pretty happy with it, and while it isn't going to totally stomp everything it comes across, the deck is strong enough to hold its own against most top-tier competitors while staying pretty cheap.
