A budget vampire tribal list I have helped put together for a friend who is getting into MTG again (yey!)
Is a very strait forward list with a tribal aggro strategy combined with some life gain/drain to compensate the slow pace and absence of draw spells. Here the main players are Vampire Nighthawk, who is totally into the gameplan and, as the budget allows, will be made into a four of and Legion Lieutenant, who’s is the glue that makes the tribal synergy possible.
Icon of Ancestry helps improve the mid-late game, with some draw and getting our creatures bigger. I still questioning myself if two copies of it are enough, but the mana cost is actually keeping me from adding new copies of it. Gift of Orzhova

Vampire of the Dire Moon
helps us create artificial Nighthawks, that can push the plan forward.
*Chaplain's Blessing it's kind of a flex spot, cause all it does for now is delay the game adding into the inevitability of our lifedrain, but it could easily lose its place for a more proactive card.
A real sideboard is still needed as we don't have any for the moment... As the modern meta is progressing (and our own small scale meta) it seems that some staples would really prevent the opponents from having free wins (as Damping Sphere for Tron and so on). The decks appear to have a really good time against Burn, but what concerns me the most is it's very slowish game compared to what Modern requires.
All suggestions are welcomed, feel free to disagree and give me a shout out where you think I can improve this list.
