When it comes to card advantage, this deck has it all. Nekusar, the Mindrazer is obviously another powerful choice in commander, but I feel like the OG Bolas doesn't get enough love because of his Elder Dragon tax. What most people I've seen don't realize though, is that his triggered ability doesn't specify COMBAT damage. All he has to do is ping a player for one damage and their entire hand is gone.

THAT... is exploitable.

Seeing as how this deck is pretty standard for the archetype, I'm not going to bother going in-depth into a lot of the card choices. Despite being a pretty low-budget (yet still very powerful) option, I doubt I'll ever buy this one myself because it's not really my personal play style.
