Each month on my YouTube Channel, I post a budget deck from Standard or Modern that is intended to be competitive in FNM settings. For November 2016, this was the deck. Despite powerful cards like Drana, Liberator and Malakir and Olivia, Mobilized for War, Vampires haven't really seen much play in Standard. This deck tries to change that, taking advantage of the large number of vampires with madness costs, as well as the vampires who provide discard outlets, to create all kinds of value, as well as damage!
