I believe you can make a much better deck is you focus on the humans in general and not in soldiers. You also have many high cmc creatures. You want to win by turn 4-5 so all these high cmc creatures are gonna be dead in your hand.

No Increasing Devotion or Coat of Arms? while not entirely low on the CMC, but help hulk up the humans. Wake the Reflections, Silence, Mother of Runes could also be useful in this deck for token bursting and protection.
