New & (hopefully) improved!

This is a little $100 budget deck that should be able to hang with about anybody, although it's a little skill-intensive.

Little flyers beating down with just enough tempo to keep the opponent off-balance.

Faeries in mono- seems pretty decent. The deck's pretty tempo-y & doesn't want to tap mana on its turn.

Card selection spells are now 4 Opt & 3 Anticipate .

I cut one Mistbind Clique since it's hard to get to 4 mana and leave up another spell.

I subbed in Zephyr Sprite for Spellstutter Sprite since the 'Stutter usually ended up being a 2-mana 1/1.

One Scion of Oona fizzles spot removal; a pair of them blanks it.

Sideboard is, as always, casting a wide net to catch as much as is reasonably possible: Ceremonious Rejection for Affinity & Eldrazi. Spell Pierce for control. Tormod's Crypt for graveyard. Elixir of Immortality for aggro. Damping Sphere for Storm & Tron.
