Built around cards like Fell Specter, Shrieking Affliction, and Raiders' Wake to deal damage while the opponent discards or has a diminished hand size. The rest of the cards help to get cards out of their hand, or in the case of Nyxathid benefit from a reduced hand size. Nezumi Shortfang / Stabwhisker the Odious is interesting because it can help us reduce their hand size and when they're out of cards it turns into a budget version of The Rack we can attack with, which in turn benefits Raiders' Wake. Sign in Blood is nice here because it will pretty much be useful at all times. Do we need extra cards? Great, we target ourselves. The opponent won't hold onto cards? Fine force them to draw cards then make em discard them. There are plenty of non-budget options like Thoughtseize, but I wanted to keep it as cheap as possible.

Memoricide is the same as Cranial Extraction but cheaper. I'm just a sucker for Cranial Extraction's art.
