How to Play
The objective of this deck is to ramp your storm count and mana with cards like Dark Ritual, Culling the Weak and Cabal Ritual (I should also mention that you want to fill your graveyard with spells) and to kill off your opponent either with a massive Ad Nauseam or a Diabolic Intent to get Tendrils of Agony
TL;DR: Count to 9 and cast Tendrils of Agony.
