This is a budget take on a Mono U Control Deck, based on this one by Saffron Olive:

My core changes are:
Most of the instant/sorcery suite has been changed to budget options. While they are not as strong as, say, Criptic Command, I do believe they hold their own, mainly during the early game.
I've switched Aetherling instead of Guile as our finisher. I do believe that it does a better job overall provided we have a single untapped island as soon as you cast it. Moreover, it makes a great combo with Engulf the Shore, since you can blink aetherlink, bounce the board, and then he will come back to keep sweet damage.
To better make use of him, i've added some mana dorks in the form of Silver Myr and Hedron Crawler, as well as Hedron Archive; so it could be possible to cast him on turn 4 and still protect him from a removal spell. I still have to playtest if 6 dorks work well on this deck, or if it can run smoothly with a reduced number (and maybe add more countermagic/bounce/draw)
Sadly, I am more limited in regards to good drawl spells due to budget. I like Glimmer of Genius as it does allow you to dig up to 4 cards if needed, but i guess Think Twice might be a better and more mana effective alternative.
