So I'm heading to this tournament, and I need a Modern deck worth 40$ or less by Troll and Toad prices. Not a problem, just go Delver, right? Except this tourney BANNED Delver. So, I'm putting this cheap Vampire deck together, based on my first (awful) Standard deck. (Walk With Me in Hell went WAY over budget!) Give me advice, but only cheap things-NO DARK CONFIDANTS. (Also I'm going to have to take out the Messengers for Lacerators, but hahaha, I can ONLY FIND THE 10$ CARD AND NOT THE 1 CENT ONE!)
