Budget Jund modern deck using the disruption package and utilizing Tasigur, the Golden Fang and Den Protector to recycle used spells, to be used non-competitively and/or casually.

This list can easily be upgraded within your budget by replacing Lightning Strike with Lightning Bolt. This makes the deck so much better. Also, Liliana, Heretical Healer  , Abrupt Decay and Fatal Push can be added for more control. The extremely slow lands can also be upgraded accordingly.

EDIT 1: Hostile Desert looks very fitting into this deck. After play-testing I established I could cut two swamps for it. Of course there are other non-budget lands which have better, if not the same, ability while able to trigger it's ability more reliably than Hostile Desert, and you may upgrade it if desired.
