This was nearly standard legal at one point and will in no way relaibly beat a tier 1 deck. No card is over a dollar so it's very cheap and with none of the cards you could pick it up for around $20.

As a casual deck against friends it's fun to use and can be quite scary with the right draws.

Save dragon Tempest and descent of the dragons for a 4 Mana lethal combo. Thaumaturge discounts descent for each creature it targets. So targeting at least 3 that enter with tempest on board will simultaneously trigger 3 procs, so 3 damage 3 times. You then have 3 flying 4/4 to swing for 12 which can do 21 damage.

If you own better cards, such as monestsry swiftspear, young pyromancer, snapcaster mage, or better lands you can certainly begin to swap cards in for a more traditional modern jeskai tokens list.
