Here is a casual budget commander deck.

My goal is to get the commander out and hit everyone hard with him and survive myself.

At the start, play lands and any of the Winds of Change cards until you have enough lands to play the commander and a damage doubler.

If someone takes out my commander, the backup plan is to do a Pyrohemia type of thing, with creatures that can survive red damage.

I know there are some major commander staples missing from this list, but I just like my casual decks to be a little different.
