I'm just gonna go straight out and say this deck is bad. I've never actually run this color combo before, so I'm not quite sure how to go about building a decent deck with it. I'm mostly just gonna use this deck casually, though if I can get it running a bit better, who knows? Anyways, background for the deck: I recently got extremely lucky and ended up pulling two copies of Nicol Bolas, God-Pharaoh from some HOU boosters. Seeing as how I still had some copies of Startled Awake   lying around, I figured I would try to give a mill deck a shot. I dug through my fairly limited collection, and this deck was the result. After a fair amount of playtesting, I've come to the conclusion that this deck is hot garbage, and could use just about as much help as it can get. I'd like to try to add a bit more control and definitely some faster mill options in here. Oh yeah, and it definitely needs some dual lands. Every game I've played, I've just been completely shorted one color of mana. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Note: I'd like to keep the cost of this deck fairly low, due to college eating up all of my funds. I can probably justify another $20-30 on improvements.
