The classic Basalt Monolith+Mesmeric Orb combo on a budget (by legacy standards). You win by milling until you either mill 3 Narcomoeba, Konrad, and Dread Return, or Emrakul. If you mill Emrakul, just put your graveyard back in your deck and keep milling. Eventually, you will hit 3 Narcomoeba, Konrad, and Dread Return. Then reanimate Konrad and keep going until you hit Emrakul, then shuffle and keep going. Every time you will deal a few damage to your opponent, and eventually kill them. If you need to get key cards into your graveyard, simply flashback Cabal Therapy targeting yourself, Bridge will make sure you have enough creatures for Dread Return. This deck is all in on the combo, but if it fails you can try to assemble the combo again. For upgrades swap out the Watery Graves for Underground Sea, and add in City of Traitors and Academy Ruins. Also Force of Will to protect your combo. The deck can win Turn 1, but average 3 or 4 with a reasonable hand. Don't be afraid to mulligan until you get either Basalt Monolith or Mesmeric Orb. Any good sideboard cards were super expensive. Just pick up some protection for your combo, and if you can afford it, some lists have Painter's Servant and Grindstone in the sideboard
