The idea behind this deck is to play some of the best budget prison/hate/stax/tax/pillow-fort cards. O-Kagachi, Vengeful Kami is the best five-color commander for the job, and a decent threat in its own right.

One reason why Flamekin Village is in this deck, even though it has zero elementals, is to give O-Kagachi haste so you can attack with it on the turn you play it. I should probably just find a way to fit in Swiftfoot Boots instead, but this way I don't need to cut nonland cards. I included Slayers' Stronghold for the same reason, but it is also just a good card.

The main goal of the deck, though, is to lose friends and influence people. The deck has ways to frustrate just about every other kind of deck. You might end up the archenemy of the table, but it may be possible to play politically, too. Either way, you, at least, should have fun.
