this deck was designed as a budget pauper deck while still being quite competitive by using powerful commons from various sets. the aim is to counter/bounce your opponents spells while building up a board presence of fliers and utilizing draw spells to overrun them later in the game.
abuses Cloud of Faeries to get as many faeries out as fast as possible while fueling Spellstutter Sprite's counter ability, as well as the flash mechanic to cast things like Spellstutter SpritePestermite at the end of their turn to effectively give your faeries haste and saving you the mana of casting it on your turn.
biggest win condition is pumping

Wee Dragonauts
+ PonderBrainstormGitaxian ProbeManamorphose: play
Wee Dragonauts
backed up by counterspells to protect it, then when possible use these draw/scry tools to thin out your deck and draw cards while pumping
Wee Dragonauts
to a lethal or near-lethal attack range.
this deck is played in 2 ways. first, it is played like a less aggressive variant of Kiln Fiend/Delver of Secrets
/Nivix Cyclops deck using exclusively faeries with flying. secondly, it is played as a midrange/control deck using tools like CounterspellDazeBoomerangEchoing TruthVapor Snag and Lightning Bolt to hinder your opponents while dumping out as many faeries as possible to overwhelm your opponents mid-game. it is important to note that although
Wee Dragonauts
is by far the best damaging faerie in the deck when coupled with spamming draw spells to pump it, the game can also be won simply by countering your opponents spells until they are hellbent and then overwhelming them with 1/1 flyers. it has the potential to be both an aggro deck and a control deck situationally.
