This is a U/B control deck designed to shut down the opponent, and then cast a wincon to finish them off.

The deck is pretty self explanatory, most of the cards are counterspells, card draws, or removals.

How to Win: Once you have a nice number of spells in your graveyard, cast Rise from the Tides. Also, you can win with Crush of Tentacles in a few turns, seeing that you can counter pretty much anything they try to play to stop you. Crush of Tentacles and then Rise from the Tides the next turn is unstoppable.
