The wincon of this deck is to find Electrostatic Pummeler and pump him up with trample instants.

Playtesting this deck it is pretty easy to accumulate energy, 9 energy is enough to make things lethal and enough to win by turn 4 or 5 if the cards are in your favour.

Trophy Mage can be used to find Electrostatic Pummeler or Dynavolt Tower if they are needed.

Turn 1 - Island, Thriving Turtle

Turn 2 - Mountain, Harnessed Lightning - Keep the Energy

Turn 3 - Mountain/Aether Hub, Electrostatic Pummeler

Turn 4 - Island, Thriving Turtle/Harnessed Lightning/Electrostatic Pummeler, Built to smash

Use 9 energy to make Electrostatic Pummeler a 32/32 with Trample and win the game.

Alternatively Sideboard in Sure Strike to get around opponents running Deathtouch creatures.

So after playtesting this deck against various other decks, it has only managed to win once or twice. Mostly through the efficient use of Lathnu Hellion.

Electrostatic Pummeler has won me a game once, it worked beautifully. However it seems to be a little slow. I cast the card, but have to wait a whole turn for the summoning sickness to ware off, during this time he is removed by my opponents, he is therefore only being useful to get 3 energy.

I need to find a way to make him work faster or alternatively adjust the deck to work around Lathnu Hellion more.

Advice, input and suggestions please. (Would ideally like to keep this budget)
